1. Do you make money from selling land?

No. We do not trade properties and do not charge any brokerage commission from the owner.
Our remuneration comes exclusively from the charging infrastructure operator (CPO) – and only if a site contract is concluded.

 

2. Why do you need a location broker at all?

Because the search for suitable areas is more complex than it seems:

  • Owners are often difficult to reach or uncertain

  • Grid connection issues, usage rights, timing and contract structures are crucial

  • Many operators do not need just any space, but the right

We bring these partners together systematically and efficiently – with proven deal flow and market-specific know-how.

 

3. Do you do the same as other brokers?

No – our model is specifically designed for charging infrastructure.
We work exclusively for the development of charging parks (cars/trucks), with clear use case logic, location analyses, location classes and operator profiles.
We don’t sell real estate – we enable charging infrastructure.

 

3. b) What distinguishes energieparkmakler from a traditional estate agent?

energieparkmakler does not see itself as a traditional real estate agent, but as a specialized marketing partner for charging infrastructure. Our range of services goes far beyond the mere brokerage of space:

  1. Site evaluation & qualification: we systematically check sites for their suitability for fast-charging infrastructure - based on user needs, technical framework conditions and specific operator requirements.

  2. Operator-specific tendering: We know the strengths and weaknesses of all relevant CPOs and carry out tailor-made tenders - from the initial approach to tender management and selection.

  3. Strategic clustering for large portfolios: For larger real estate portfolios in particular, we bundle locations according to operator preferences and also market less attractive spaces as a package - for higher success rates and economically attractive contract models.

  4. Support in contract negotiations: We actively support our clients in negotiations with operators in order to achieve legally secure and economically advantageous agreements.

  5. Market knowledge & neutrality: We act independently and have in-depth knowledge of the market - both in terms of technical requirements and the actual implementation capacity of providers.

Our aim is to minimize the costs for location partners and at the same time make the most of the economic potential of charging infrastructure.

4. Are there any conflicts of interest when you work with multiple operators?

No – quite the opposite.
Our job is to assign the right space to the right operator.
We advertise qualified locations in a targeted manner and create competition, but always in a fair, transparent manner and with an eye on feasibility and the interests of the owners.

 

5. Does the location partner incur a risk or an obligation?

No.
Owners can send us locations for review without obligation.
If an operator is interested, we'll put them in touch – without any exclusive commitment and at no cost. The owner decides everything else.

 

6. What distinguishes you from project developers?

Project developers usually take on the planning and construction themselves – often with their own investment interests.
We are a neutral site broker and work on behalf of the operator.
We do not develop our own locations, but rather open the door to suitable partners on both sides.

 

7. How many locations do you have in your portfolio?

We currently support:
